 We will not tell you customer that we can remove a bankruptcy from their credit file.

• What is the process for using A-Z Financial Solutions?

 A consumer can go to a-zfinancialsolutions.com and download the worksheet or ask for an information package to be sent by mail or email.
 The consumer returns the information along with a copy of his/her credit report to A-Z.

 A-Z will review the information and contact the consumer within 72 hours of receiving the information, with a concise report of what A-Z will propose to do for consumer.

 Consumer will then have the opportunity to ask questions and decide if A-Z is the right organization to help with their credit negotiation needs.

 If the consumer wants to employ A-Z, contracts with all details and a power of attorney to be signed by the consumer will be prepared for the consumer.

 Consumer will employ A-Z and deposit first installment of payment plan or settlement fees.

 A-Z will contact creditor(s) to start negotiations.

 After A-Z has established a payment plan with creditor, A-Z will notify consumer of payment plan and start managing plan for consumer.

 If plan calls for a monthly payment plan, the consumer will make regular monthly payments to A-Z which in turn will make the payments as defined by agreement between consumers’ creditor and A-Z. This plan will continue until creditor is paid as agreed or until consumer cancels the contract with A-Z.

 If agreement is for a one time payment, the consumer will deposit the fees due A-Z before the negotiations begin. The consumer will deposit the settlement amount with A-Z after a settlement offer has been accepted by consumer. A-Z will complete the negotiation with the creditor by wire transfer of settlement and receiving confirmation from creditor. A-Z will make a best effort to settle any and all accounts that are consistent with current laws and current settlement offers by the creditors.

 A mortgage lender can receive permission from consumer and fax a copy of the credit report to A-Z’s office for an analysis of the report.

 A-Z will analyze the report and send finding to client and lender. The report will state what A-Z believes that it can accomplish for the consumer and the costs involved.

 Consumer can decide if they want to employ A-Z.

 The process will be the same as stated above if consumer proceeds and employs A-Z

• Why should a Lender send customers to A-Z?

 A-Z could help the customer get a better rate.

 The Lender could close on the loan and then help the customer clean up credit problems and then refinance the customer.

 The Lender does not have a deal because of the customers’ credit rating and A-Z could help make a non deal a real deal.

 The Lender will be helping the customer improve their credit and thus the customer will be happy and recommend his/her friends and family.

 The Lender will create a pipeline base in which to get future customers.
